The 2022 RAM 2500 is now available with two engine choices. The standard engine is a 6.7-liter Cummins Diesel V8, which produces 410 horsepower and 429 pound-feet of torque. Meanwhile, the optional engine is a 6.7-liter V8 that produces 370 horsepower and 850 pound-feet of torque. Both engines come paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and Ram Active Air Suspension, which features air suspension with load leveling capabilities to allow for smoother ride quality when hauling heavy loads or towing trailers.
The Tow Hooks are located on both sides of the vehicle, making it easier for you to hook your trailer up while parking or backing up. These hooks can also help keep your vehicle in place when parked on an incline or hill and loaded with heavy cargo.
The Tow Hitch provides additional support for heavy loads, allowing you to tow heavier trailers without putting undue stress on your truck's frame. This hitch comes standard with electronic shift detection so that when you're traveling at highway speeds, it automatically changes gears for optimal performance without any input from you.
